Brand Development

Print Management

OBJECTIVE: Transition the corporate product catalogue into a new brand era, bridging the gap between legacy print and a fresh visual identity. The goal was to aggressively drive awareness for New Product Development (NPD) and communicate unique service propositions.

CHALLENGE: The 2025 catalogue required a structural overhaul to support the rebrand. Navigation had become complex, and key product innovations were getting lost within the 300+ page layout. We required a high-volume print solution that was simultaneously more premium and more cost-effective.

EXECUTION:

Visual Evolution: Translated the new brand language into a functional print format, utilising bolder signposting and intuitive ‘colour-coding to highlight NPD.

User-Centric Design: Enhanced the physical user experience (UX) through clearer navigation tabs and simplified USP call-outs.

Strategic Sourcing: Partnered with SEND-DM as our strategic print lead, optimising the production workflow for the 300+ page run.

RESULTS:

Efficiency: Project delivered 100% on time, meeting all deadlines despite the complexities of a total rebrand.

Cost Savings: Realised a 16% cost reduction compared to the previous print incumbent.

Market Impact: Successfully launched five new product categories, including the high-profile chiropractor-certified lines, to the core customer base.
